Do you dream of a better night's sleep?

Nurturing & Encouraging

Parents across the World!

The Sleep Retreat philosophy is to help sleep-deprived mums by teaching them the tools and the knowledge to understand the sleep habits of their little ones to create routines and structure.

Whilst always being nurturing, present, and securing that bond.

If a level of sleep coaching is required this is done in the gentlest way possible so your little ones' needs are always met and their wants are not too far away.

The Course

The Online Baby Sleep Course for 4-12 Month, this course had already helped hundreds of parents to get their little ones sleeping soundly.

the packages

If one to one is more of what you are looking for, I have a range of sleep packages to help you on a more personal level.

I know you may not know me personally, but I’d be willing to bet that the reason you’re reading this page is because you’re currently dealing with one these very common (but very frustrating) sleep problems:

  • Your child will only fall asleep when nursing or being fed.

  • Your child needs a soother or dummy in order to get to sleep.

  • Your child is waking once, twice, three (or more) times each night?

  • Your child needs to be rocked, bounced, patted, stroked or taken out for a car ride in order to nap?

  • Your own lack of sleep is starting to take a toll on you and your family

Now, you know and I know how frustrated, exhausted and stressed-out your child’s sleep problems are making you feel… (they made me feel exactly the same!)

Just imagine how these problems are affecting your child!

Baby in Mother's Arms

Are they tired and irritable?

Are you struggling, exhausted, and low due to a lack of sleep?

How is your family coping as a whole?

Sleep deprivation over a period of time, even just several nights of poor sleep, will lead to more prominent mental effects. Your brain will fog, making it difficult to concentrate and make decisions (something as a parent you have to do numerous times a day). You may start to feel down, low, and sleepy throughout the day. Your risk of injury and accidents increase. Regular poor sleep can also put you at risk of serious health conditions. It is now clear that a solid night's sleep is fundamental to leading a long and healthy lifestyle.

So, if this is what is happening to us as an adult, shouldn't we try and create the best sleep habits possible for our children?

As a Child Sleep Coach, I use a gentle and holistic approach to solving your child's sleep challenges.
